Kineticos is expanding its affiliate network to manage its robust pipeline of biopharma related projects. Our affiliate network consists of experienced pharmaceutical and biotechnology executives who are interested in actively contributing to the growth of Kineticos.  Our affiliate network is made up of primarily independent consultants that are seeking opportunities to grow their book of business through an affiliation with an established consultancy. We are seeking individuals that are motivated to accelerate the growth of both their business as well as Kineticos’.   Joining our network does not require our affiliates to discontinue their current project work.

We believe that through this network, we will collectively be able to help more companies navigate the drug development path and bring therapies faster to patients in need.

The primary responsibilities for this position are:

  • Execute on delivery of management consulting services on a project by project basis
  • Assist in creating thought leadership content
  • Support business development activities (calls, proposal development, etc.)

Position/Program Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience in Oncology and/or Neuroscience (includes relevant Rare Diseases)
  • 5+ years in leadership roles in BioPharma Industry and/or Consulting
  • Degree(s) Preferred: BS, MS, PhD Degree (Life Sciences Field), MD, MBA

Knowledge and Skills Preferred:

Direct functional knowledge of clinical stage and early commercial biopharma companies related to:

  • Commercial Assessments/Diligence (Market, Competitive, Forecasting analyses, etc.)
  • Pricing, Reimbursement and Market Access

Business Development Specialist

Kineticos, a specialized strategy consulting firm serving the life sciences industry, is expanding its commercial team to grow its brand awareness, lead generation and prospecting, and conference programs supporting our Biopharma and Precision Medicine practices. Kineticos is looking to fill a full-time entry level position with a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources.

The primary responsibilities for this position are:

Business Development Support:

  • Manage lead generation and prospecting initiatives including:
    • Market research
    • Lead generation
    • Outreach campaigns
    • Social Media
    • Qualification activities
    • Nurturing leads
    • Scheduling and following up with potential clients
  • Support creation of project briefs
  • Support proposal and report writing
  • Support managing corporate databases, including Salesforce
  • Support relevant sales analytics and pipeline performance dashboard

Conference Support:

  • Booking travel and hotels
  • Researching conference exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and attendees
  • Manage conference outreach campaigns

Administrative Support:

  • Liaise with clients and internal team to schedule meetings
  • Take detailed notes/action items at internal meetings
  • Manage signature process for client/vendor contracts


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ year(s) experience in marketing or business development
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Calendar, Teams, etc.)
  • Graphic design experience preferred (specifically with PowerPoint, Word, and Websites)

Kineticos Life Sciences is seeking interns that are interested in gaining insight into a Consultant career within the life sciences industry. This internship is focused on supporting Kineticos’ internal Sales and Marketing needs as well as client engagements that involve Sales and Marketing related activities. Interns at Kineticos will be involved in a variety of internal initiatives and client engagements, gaining valuable exposure to the Life Science industry and experience in a dynamic management-consulting firm.

The primary responsibilities for this position are:

  • Conduct market research to identify target accounts and key stakeholders within each organization along with additional company specific information
  • Help define customized value propositions and leverage them in communicating within the life sciences community
  • Manage outbound lead generation campaigns
  • Facilitate/Participate in client meetings
  • Provide assistance with guiding business opportunities through the sales cycle of Kineticos as well as Kineticos’ clients
  • Support in proposal and report writing
  • Manage workload to project timelines and quality expectations

The job requires familiarity of the mechanics of conducting market research using various data sources.
